Shipping & Returns


We ship both FedEx Ground and USPS Priority Mail, depending upon items being ordered. Method of shipment is determined by BOWMAN ARMS If you have special shipping requirements, call us to discuss your options at 352-363-8672

Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories: Will always ship via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx flat rate. If package is larger than a USPS flat rate box FedEx pack the customer may incur extra shipping charges beyond the normal shipping rate. USPS Priority orders typically take 2-3 days to arrive (some items cannot be shipped to these territories). Any order containing an item with free shipping will need to be placed with a customer service representative. All ammunition must be shipped FedEx Ground. Please note that ammunition orders require an adult signature at the time of delivery. See the map below for an estimate of FedEx delivery times.

In some rural areas, FedEx packages are handed off to the United States Postal Service for final delivery. This may add 1-3 days to your delivery time.

If your billing address does not match your shipping address, orders may require 1-2 additional days of verification time before shipping. This verification time does not apply to firearms orders shipping to FFL dealers.

 We do not ship internationally or to APO/FPO addresses. All orders must follow our restrictions policies. The customer is responsible for following all laws in their location


Please call 352-363-8672  prior to returning anything. You will receive instructions from the customer service representative. You will need your order number. This number must be written on the outside of the box.

We do not accept returns on ammunition.

 We do not accept returns after 10 days for any item. Package discrepancies or damages must be made within 10 days of delivery of merchandise. All returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. You will be responsible for return shipping charges unless prior arrangements have been made with BOWMAN ARMS


We are not a warranty repair station for any manufacturer. If you have a warranty issue, you must contact the manufacturer directly.
