SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

SHIPPING POLICY

Bowman Armaments Group primarily ships via FedEx Express (2-Day) or FedEx Ground, depending on the weight, size, and applicable restrictions of the item(s) ordered.

If you have special shipping requirements, please contact us prior to placing your order to discuss available options.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We ship ONLY within the United States

  • We do NOT ship internationally

  • We do NOT ship to APO/FPO addresses or U.S. Territories

  • We do NOT ship to Post Office Boxes (PO Boxes)

Please provide a physical shipping address at checkout. Orders submitted with PO Boxes will be delayed or canceled.

Alaska & Hawaii

Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may qualify for Flat Rate FedEx Express shipping if:

  • Total package weight does not exceed 50 lbs

  • Package dimensions do not exceed 2,200 square inches

Orders exceeding these limits may incur additional shipping charges, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Address Verification & Delivery

  • Orders shipping to commercial mailing centers (UPS Store, Mailboxes Etc., etc.) pose a higher risk and may require additional identity verification

  • If your billing address does not match your shipping address, your order may require 1–2 additional business days for verification

    • This does not apply to orders shipping to verified FFLs

  • Depending on package value, a signature may be required at delivery at our discretion

Once a shipment is marked Delivered by the carrier, Bowman Armaments Group is not responsible for loss, theft, or misdelivery.

Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws in their jurisdiction.

RETURNS POLICY

Please contact us with any questions before placing your order. By completing a purchase with Bowman Armaments Group, you agree to all return terms outlined below.

All returns require prior approval. Do not return any item without authorization.

Return Timeframe

  • Returns are accepted on eligible items up to 10 days after delivery

  • No returns are accepted after 10 days for any reason

UNALTERED ITEM REQUIREMENT — READ CAREFULLY

Any authorized returned item, whether new or unissued, must be unused and completely unaltered, remaining in the exact condition in which it was shipped — NO EXCEPTIONS.

An unaltered item means NO modification or attempted modification of any kind, including but not limited to:

  • Grinding, sanding, filing, polishing

  • Drilling, cutting, welding, reshaping

  • Chemical cleaning, restoration, refinishing, coating, painting

  • Heat treating

  • Installation, test-fitting, or partial installation

  • Hammering, pressing, striking, or forcing parts

ANY MODIFICATION VOIDS RETURN ELIGIBILITY.
Altered, installed, test-fitted, or abused items will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Return Authorization & Packaging

  • Prior to returning any item, please contact us and have your order number available

  • Based on the issue, you will receive return instructions from a customer service representative

  • All authorized returns must be shipped in the original packaging

  • If original packaging is unavailable, the customer must provide suitable, comparable packaging to prevent damage during return transit

Refunds, Defects & Processing

  • Refunds are issued only after approved item(s) arrive at our facility and are inspected

  • In the case of a reported defect, refunds will be issued only after the item(s) have arrived and the issue has been verified

  • If an item is returned and does not exhibit the reported issue, a 15% restocking fee will apply

  • Approved refunds or credits are generally processed within 5 business days
    (Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer)

Additional Terms

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless a return label is issued by Bowman Armaments Group

  • Package discrepancies or shipping damage must be reported within 5 days of delivery for carrier claims

  • Bowman Armaments Group is not a warranty repair station
    Any manufacturer warranty issues must be handled directly with the manufacturer
